It ended up not being a scammer! They actually did give my package to the wrong person and heritage was part of the companies name that the post gave it to.

Knew my name and all I heard was (hello is this (my name)) sounded like they were in a car. It was an Indian lady and all I heard was “I have a package for your” and the word “heritage” and I hung up. They didn’t try to call back
